Payment Method

We accept the following payment methods: 

I- Online Card Payment

We, VIETASIA TRAVEL, accept Online Card Payment. All of your card information are processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (Merchant).

We accept Visa and Master Card.

Important Notes

1) Your card issuing bank will debit you in local currency and VIETASIA TRAVEL will have no control on the rate of conversion used by your card company. 

2) Service vouchers will be issued at least one week before the departure date.

3) When you are ready to pay by credit card, please advise and our travel consultant will send you the Invoice Payment Link to process the Payment. 

II- Pay by Western Union

If there is Western Union Service in the area where you live, you can choose to send us deposit through Western Union which is very quick, easy and safe.  

Please request our travel consultant to provide the receiver's details for the transfer. 

After you send us the money, please tell us the full name of the remitter, sum of money, details of your address, and also the Money Transfer Control Number provided by Western Union. Western Union is the fastest way to pay us. We can get your money in a couple of minutes after you send the money. So it is an ideal way for the late bookings.

III- Payment by Wire / WISE Transfer (Bank Transfer)

You can pay us by wire / WISE transfer to our bank account. Please request our travel consultant to provide the bank details for the transfer. 

After you send the money, please fax or scan then email us the bank receipt for the proof of payment. 

NOTES:

1) Our unique authorized recipients via Western Union, Bank /WISE transfers are under the name of the company VIETASIA TRAVEL CO  LTD and Mr. DO NGOC HA - the company owner.

2) All the official email correspondences and payment advice must be sent through our company's official email address, the email with format like this: ...@vietasiatravel.com 

3) Please write your travel consultant’s name on the postscript when you transfer the money. It may take 3 days to 2 weeks for the wired payment to reach us. So we do not accept wire transfer payment if you confirm the booking and pay us less than 10 days prior to your arrival date. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to VIETASIA TRAVEL must be paid by the client.
