If you are not satisfied with all or part of your tour with us, you may file a claim following the procedures below:

- Our “Value Guarantee" applies to confirmed bookings only after the required deposit has been paid. The customer details must be provided when making a claim to ensure:

  * The tour itinerary in the claim is the same as the tour booked

  * The hotels used in the package are the same as those booked

- Our company has the right to determine the validity of any claim at its discretion, including but not limited to, determining the itinerary, hotel room type, and tour dates are all the same as originally booked, and that they meet all the expressed Terms & Conditions and requirements for processing claims

- Our “Value Guarantee” cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions.

- We reserve the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the “Value Guarantee” at any time.

 Any claims should be submitted to us via email at info@vietasiatravel.com clearly stating the reason for your claim and including the original quotation and tour itinerary.
