depart the hotel in the morning for Cu Chi to visit the Tunnels. Cu Chi Tunnels are a network of underground tunnels begun in 1948 by the Viet Minh in their struggle against the French. These tunnels were expanded and used by the Viet Cong during the war between Vietnam and America. Americans called this the “Iron Triangle” and was a stronghold of the Vietcong for almost thirty years. You can walk underground in the tunnels and try some gun shootings at your own cost. 
Afternoon, transfer directly to the airport in Saigon for the late afternoon flight to Danang. On arrival in Danang airport, you are met and transferred about 40 minutes to the hotel in HoiAn town.

After breakfast in hotel, you will have a guided tour to see the interesting sights of this ancient city of HoiAN. Some hundreds years ago, this town thrived o­n trading with the Chinese, Japanese and Spanish. You will visit a historical Old House, Japanese Covered Bridge, Old Temple and Silk Factory or Lantern Making factory.
Afternoon, lantern making workshop in the village. You'll meet the craftsman. The tour guide will introduce to you about the history, structure and styles of Hoi An lantern. You will make a lantern by yourselves with the artisan's directions - this lantern is also the gift for you.
Return to the hotel around 4pm.

Morning, join in a half day Cooking & Market Tour include transfers from/to hotel, market visit, boat trip to cooking school and lunch.

We start the day (8.15am) with a welcome drink at Hai Café (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hoi An Ancient Town – our meeting point.
Visit Hoi An’s colorful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.
We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat what we have cooked.
Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy free use of our 20 metre swimming pool - towels and showers provided.

Morning, leave the hotel in HoiAn you will have a four hour drive over the scenic Hai Van pass along the coast to the old citadel of Hue. On the way, visit Marble Mountain in Danang and you will have a short stop in spectacular Lang Co beach before continue on our drive to Hue.

Afternoon, take the sightseeing in Hue to the Ancient Imperial Citadel, a complex of palaces and temples built by the Nguyen from early 19th Century for which Hue was recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage.
Then you will embark on a drive to Hue’s countryside to reach the Emperor Tu Duc’s tomb, one of the most beautiful royal architectures of Nguyen dynasty.

Have breakfast tin hotel and transfer to Hue airport for the one hour flight to Hanoi.
On arrival in Hanoi, you are met and transferred to the hotel for check-in, then free at leisure in the afternoon.

Today, we will take the sightseeing of the most city's outstanding historical and cultural sites. The visit includes:
- The complex of Ho Chi Minh historical sites, also called the political center of Vietnam.
- One-pillar Pagoda and The Temple of Literature for the brief understanding about the two most popular religions in Vietnam (Buddhism and Confucianism).
- Enjoy our welcome show of northern rural of Vietnam – Water Puppet show.
- End the day with a cyclo ride to explore the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

After breakfast, you will leave for Halong Bay, one of the most spectacular UNESCO World Heritage Areas and the world’s largest marine limestone ‘karst’ landscape. There you will board your boat, a wooden junk built from the model of the old Vietnamese court vessels with sails, a wide transom and rectangular superstructure, that will take you first to the busy World Heritage area and then to some of the less well-known grottoes and caves. Weather permitting, you will be able to swim, fish, climb a hill for an overview of the Bay’s remarkable seascape, or venture into some of the sea level caves in a small sampan. All your meals will be provided on board, usually based on fresh seafood. Your overnight will be aboard.
