Thing To Carry
Clothes: long pants, long sleeve shirt and windbreaker. Footwear should ideally have sufficient ankle support; Hiking or snowboarding boots or comfortable shoes which be able to run in them. If not then wear tennis shoes with mid ankle height socks. Depend on the weather, before and after flight you can change your clothes appropriately.
Food: Bring plenty of bottled water, fruit or snack bars. If you are planned to bring it during the flight then pack it carefully to avoid cracking or be smashed. You can freeze water or snack bars the night before so that they are good and cold when you need them.
Equipment: We shall provide a helmet and gloves. However, you should have your own gloves that fit you properly may be preferable. You can also take a disposable camera with you on the flight. However, it should be attached to a string to avoid dropping. All other necessary equipment for tandem shall be arranged by us in advance.
Health declaration & waiver form: You will be required to sign a health declaration and a waiver form before your flight.
Body weight: An ideal body weight should be between 45-100 kg. If over 100 kg, you must notice pilot in advance to adjust and arrange equipment appropriately. Before your flight, you shall be briefed on flight plans, flight route, some directive commands and use of the equipment during the flight.
Health
Do not, and have not, suffered from any of the following conditions, which may lead to a dangerous situation with regard to other persons or yourself during gliding activities:
Epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, lung or heart disease, recurrent weakness or dislocation of any limb, diabetes, mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction, recent injury, arthritis and severe joint sprains, chronic bronchitis, asthma, rheumatic fever, thyroid adrenal or other glandular disorder, recent blood donation or any condition that requires the regular use of drugs.
Have no physical or mental condition that should preclude you from participating in your chosen activity, that you are not participating against medical advice or treatment, and that you have not been diagnosed by a registered doctor as having a terminal illness.
Ideal weather
The weather in fall is a perfect time for pilots to start their adventure. During this season, cool weather, low humidity, clear sky, no blind spots are considered as safety elements for the journey on air.
