After breakfast at hotel, we depart for Ninh Binh province (90km south of Hanoi). Have a break 20 minutes en-route to free your legs. Arrive at Hoa Lu, which was once depicted the ancient capital of Vietnam, settling up in the 10 th century. Visit temples of two Dynasties of Dinh and Le with very unique architectures in the old time. Learn more about ancient culture through an excavation of vestiges of Royal Places ground dated 10th century. Arrive Tam Coc. Relax and Enjoy lunch in a nice restaurant nearby. Board the sampan boats in Tam Coc dock to drift down the river among the villages, mountains and lush rice fields. Passing through 3 caves "Hang Ca - First cave, Hang Hai -Second cave, Hang Ba - Third cave" to get a strange feeling. Boat returns to the dock. Continue our trip to Mua Cave one of the most alluring places to view in Ninh Binh. Take over 500 steps hiking up to the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain for the amazing views of all the Tam Coc area. You will be amazed at beautiful scenery of lust paddy fields. Late afternoon, drive back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

After breakfast, pick you up from hotel in Hanoi and leave for one of the most magnificent scenic environments in the world, Halong Bay. Halong covers 577 square miles, this vast bay is filled with more than 3,000 limestone “peaks” or karsts that jut from the deep blue water as far as the eye can see. We’ll spend a day and a half, including an overnight with dinner and breakfast onboard, exploring this overwhelming seascape from the decks of a traditional Vietnamese boat. Comfortable and intimate, your boat features hand-crafted wooden interiors including a dining room and pleasant air-conditioned cabins with private baths. Since we’re overnight on the water, we’ll be able to explore Ha Long Bay’s most beautiful spots with time to swim and even visit some of the largest rock formations and caves. Rising to the sound of lapping bay waters, we have time for an early morning dip followed by breakfast. Sitting on the upper deck, you can relax while taking in the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.
After breakfast, explore a beautiful cave, swim and relax. Cruises back to the jetty while brunch is served while you are cruising through the bay, along the way seeing more of the fascinating formations. Cruise check-out. Rejoin our bus for the transfer to Hanoi airport for the late afternoon flight to Danang. On arrival in Danang, you are met at the airport and transferred to the hotel. On the way, stop to visit the beautiful Dragon Bridge by Han River of Da Nang. Overnight in Danang.

Depart for Hoi An town, some 30km away. On the way, stop to visit the Marble Mountain (Ngu Hanh Son), discover the stunning natural caves of the mountain and enjoy the beautiful view from the top of the Marble Mountain. On arrival in Hoi An, take a walking tour to visit the ancient town of Hoi An. Walk around the old sections (charming and wonderfully preserved, combining Chinese, Japanese and European influences), visiting to the former merchants’ homes, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda and the colorful riverside market. You also see a numerous art galleries and tailor shops, get some made-to-order clothes if you like. 

Afternoon, transfer to the Cam Thanh village and enjoy the Basket boat tour on the river and explore the coconut forest. Late afternoon, transfer back to Danang. Overnight in Danang 

Have breakfast at hotel and transfer to Danang airport for a morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, we will have the city sightseeing, visit Notre Dame Cathedral, in the heart of Saigon's government quarter, is of neo- Romanesque architecture with two high square tower and iron spires. The Central Post Office is French-style and City Hall, known as "Hotel de Ville," is typical of the French architecture that would be seen in any village in France. Visit the War Remnants Museum, featuring collections of weapons and photographs from the two Indochina wars. Our last stop is Ben Thanh market, the biggest whole sales market in Saigon. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

After breakfast, we will depart the city and enjoy the scenic journey along the National Highway bordered by green rice fields to My Tho in the Mekong Delta.
On arrived at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea.
Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village. Meet our driver and return to Ho Chi Minh City for overnight. 

Check out the hotel and depart the hotel in the morning for Cu Chi to visit the Tunnels. Cu Chi Tunnels are a network of underground tunnels begun in 1948 by the Viet Minh in their struggle against the French. These tunnels were expanded and used by the Viet Cong during the war between Vietnam and America. Americans called this the “Iron Triangle” and was a stronghold of the Vietcong for almost thirty years. You can walk underground in the tunnels and try some gun shootings at your own cost. 
Afternoon, transfer directly to the airport in Saigon for the late afternoon flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia. Arrive in Siem Reap, transfer to the hotel in city center for check in. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

After having your breakfast at the hotel, we will explore to visit The South Gate of Angkor Thom: Bayon, Baphoun and Leper King Terrace, Phimeanakas and then Ta Prohm.   
Continue your trip with Thommanon, Chaosay, Ta Keo and the center religious beliefs of Cambodia, Angkor Wat, one of the “Seven Wonders’ of the world”. At the end of the day, you will climb to the top Bakheng Mountain or Pre Rup Temple to watch the extraordinary sunset.

Breakfast at hotel, and take the drive from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. The trip takes around 6 hours including some stops on way to relax. On arrival in Phnom Penh, take a brief city tour of Phnom Penh and visit the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and Wat Phnom Temple. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
