12:30 President Cruises’ electric car will be transferring you to the boat, where you will be given a cruise briefing by your personal butler and sipping your welcome drink in the Piano Lounge.
13:00 - 14:15Savor your buffet lunch while President Cruises makes its way to Halong Bay, passing the famous Fighting Cocks Islet, Thien Cung and Dau Go Cave.
14:30 Explore Sung Sot Cave - your first stop of the day. This is the largest and most magnificent cave in the bay where you can see the stalactites in different forms.
16:00 - 17:00 Enjoy a spa treatment* at Kaia Spa or relax in the open-air jacuzzi.Kayaking in Luon Cave* - your last stop of the day - one of the most beautiful places for kayaking in the bay.
17:00 - 18:30 Happy Hour* on the sundeck.
17:30 - 19:00 Be a Vietnamese cook during the cooking demonstration in the sundeck while the boat is anchoring for overnight stay.19:00 Enjoy the only Michelin-starred dinner in the restaurant, crafted by Celebrity, Michelin-starred chef John Burton-Race. Halong Bay is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We were happy with having selected Presidents Cruise which was evidently one of the nicer ones on the bay and no doubt heightened the experience for us.

Pros:
Professional pickup and dropoff at Old Quarter hotel. Arranged hotel to airport dropoff as well- everything was seamless
Pre-booking inquiries were promptly answered. Payment via bank link was also smoothly handled
Accommodations were very nice. Our party of 9 booked adjoining Premier Balcony rooms which were nicely appointed and had private balconies. One room was upgraded to the Cabinet Suite which had a clawfoot bathtub and large balcony
Food was excellent. Lunch buffet was a good selection. Dinner selection was more extensive and portion sizes larger than other cruises we’ve been on. Drink prices were fair for the ship class
Excursions seem standard vis-a-vis other cruise lines.
Staff was attentive and professional. We booked a room with 2 adults and 1 kid and without us asking, an extra bed was prepared in the room, and an extra bottle of water was provided. This spoke to attention to detail that manifested itself in different ways throughout the cruise
Value for money- while more expensive than other options we considered, we thought the level luxury on offer made it well worth it.

Cons:
Disembarkation at 1030 (was hoping to leave a bit later) but again, this seems standard for HB cruise ships. In short- we wanted to stay longer and soak in the experience more :)

Overall, a terrific experience and a great value option for HB.
